YPN Event at Ladder 15

6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
1528 Sansom St
Philadelphia, PA 19102

“Philadelphia was awarded Major League Soccer’s 16th team on February 28th, 2008. Led by the ownership group of Keystone Sports and Entertainment, LLC, the club operated under the name MLS Philadelphia 2010 for most of 2008 and the early portion of 2009. The combination of extensive grassroots support spearheaded by the Sons of Ben and a public/private partnership between Philadelphia Union, the State of Pennsylvania, Delaware County and the City of Chester enabled the construction of a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and convinced MLS that the Philadelphia region deserved a soccer team.”

Join your friends and professional peers as we get to know Tom Veit, President of Philadelphia Union. Tom will be available to answer YPN’s questions about the new soccer stadium, the team, the game, and much more! And don’t forget to bring canned goods to donate to the families of McClure Elementary School. All items collected will be put together as a Thanksgiving package for many of the school children’s families.

Hosted in what was once a firehouse, Ladder 15, Rittenhouse Square’s newest and hottest eating and drinking destination boasts 35 foot ceilings, a unique mixture of stone walls, steel railings, beautiful mahogany, and two fireplaces. Ladder 15 is designed to look both cool in an industrial sense, and feel warm and comfortable at the same time.
