Start 2010 by getting involved and making a difference! Attend YPN’s next Professional Development program to hear from a diverse panel about how to gain a position on a nonprofit board. Volunteering time at a nonprofit organization is an excellent way for young professionals to develop valuable skills, learn about nonprofit management, and expand their networks. Nonprofit boards are different from for-profit boards and the role of nonprofit board members is particularly valuable.
