Host a YPN networking event at your venue!
Promote your organization to Greater Philadelphia’s future movers-and-shakers by becoming a YPN Host Sponsor. Monthly networking events, held at locations throughout the region, draw between 125-200 young professionals. They typically run from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Host Sponsor Benefits
- Your name and logo will appear on the Web sites of both YPN and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, as part of a listing about the event. Your logo will link directly to your company’s Web site.
- Your name and logo will appear in the events section of YPN’s monthly newsletter, sent to the entire YPN membership of more than 1,100.
- Your company will be listed as a Host Sponsor in the Chamber’s Bi-Monthly Calendar, sent to the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce’s membership of 5,000.
- Your company will be verbally recognized at the event by the Chair of YPN.
- You may hand out marketing materials/giveaways at the event.
- You may obtain a mailing list of attendees for follow-up marketing.
Requirements
- Your venue must be able to comfortably accommodate at least 175 people.
- You must provide food, alcoholic beverages and soda, and a microphone and speaker system.

Partner with YPN
Are you hosting an event that would be of value to YPN members? Then consider hosting a joint event with YPN! YPN will always consider partnering in events that we deem likely to provide high visibility and attendance for and by YPN membership in the Greater Philadelphia region.
When is the deadline to express interest for joint events?
There is no deadline to apply for partnership with YPN in your event; however, YPN needs to plan well in advance, so applications with short notice may be rejected on timing issues alone.
When will YPN announce which events they will join?
YPN aims to respond as soon as possible after having received a submission. YPN Board meetings are held once a month and decisions will be made at such meetings to either (i) approve a joint event, (ii) reject a joint event or (ii) request additional information from the YPN Events Committee or the requesting organization for further consideration.
