This month YPN encourages you to:
Update from YPN Chair: Steve GrandizioWow, we are more than half-way through another amazing YPN season, our eleventh! I hope that it has lived up to your expectations with exciting networking opportunities featuring fabulous speakers at some of the city’s top locations. As one of the region’s premier networking groups, that’s always been our primary objective. But, this year more than ever, YPN has strived to become more involved with our community.
“DEAR” VOLUNTEERSWe apologize for the miscommunication regarding the DEAR event at McClure Elementary School. Unfortunately, no one expected the bad weather on the day of the event. An executive decision was made to cancel the program in consideration of everyone’s safety; unfortunately we did not have everyone’s contact information and were only able to notify a few people. In truth, it was a no win situation. If we didn’t cancel the program, attendance would have suffered and people would have been risking a great deal to get to the program. We are currently attempting to reschedule the DEAR event and will notify you of any updates. For future reference, please be sure to call 215-790-3677 in regards to any YPN information. Any changes to YPN program information will be noted on the voicemail message. We understand that many of you are upset about the situation, but we’re asking for your understanding. Due to this experience, YPN has created a process to ensure that this does not happen again. Thank you for your continued support of YPN. We look forward to seeing you at future events. Sincerely, YPN Executive Team
