Posted October 8th, 2010 by FUEL the CUREThe 3rd Annual FUEL the CURE Benefit will be held November 20th at the TRUST Venue in Old City, Philadelphia at 8pm. Cocktail attire requested.
For $95 a person, guests can enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a five hour open bar, dancing, a raffle, and most importantly, by attending the event, participants will contribute to a meaningful cause. 85% of the money raised will go to Make-A-Wish Foundation®*, a non-profit organization that grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.

Young Professionals Network Assistant – Unpaid Internship
Posted September 22nd, 2010 by YPNThe Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce is the region’s largest business association dedicated to promoting regional economic growth, advancing business-friendly public policies, and providing its members outstanding programs, benefits and services. The Chamber’s Young Professionals Network (YPN) is a professional development program designed to provide young professionals in the area with an insider’s view of the Greater Philadelphia business community.
This individual will be working with the Vice President and the YPN Membership Committee on two new membership initiatives: the Chamber College Level Membership and Alumni group. The duties include: market research and analysis, creation of marketing plan (including social media/networks) and assistance with implementation, outreach and engagement of members, creation of database and some office work. There is some flexibility in the 20 hour work week. The intern is encouraged to attend Chamber and YPN programs and events.
Qualifications: Ability to multi-task and work in teams. A successful candidate will have strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft applications, good communication and writing skills.
